Reflex Nutrition Acetyl L Carnitine is a modified form of the amino acid L-Carnitine. The "acetyl" addition means that it is able to cross the "blood-brain barrier" which is why acetyl-l-carnitine has beneficial effects obn mental focus as well as the typical benefits associated with powerful antioxidants.
